Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, shelves, and fitting rooms.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment during slower periods.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate information clearly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (12 kg) occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using touchscreen devices.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
