Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to every visitor entering the store.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with confidence.
- Assist with inventory organization, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized store environment at all times.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required—full training is provided on-site by our management team.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
