Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within established guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to resolve shipping discrepancies.

Qualifications
