Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest service across resort amenities including pools, restaurants, and entertainment venues
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and service requests
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must be 21+ years old to serve alcohol (if applicable)
- Valid Nevada work permit if not a US citizen
