Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide friendly, efficient service at checkout lanes
- Assist customers with product inquiries and store navigation
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and store appearance
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment methods securely
- Support inventory management and stock rotation tasks
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or cashier experience
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
