Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using modern POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly checkout experiences
- Operate self-checkout stations and assist customers with digital payment options
- Perform inventory counts and stock shelves during low-traffic periods
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with floor associates to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Participate in quarterly skills refreshment workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods with walking required
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
