Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized shopping assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash payments, and maintain secure cash drawer protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, window displays, and inventory organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, maintain store appearance, and uphold brand standards
- Operate opening/closing procedures including store safety checks, alarm systems, and end-of-day reconciliation
- Process merchandise shipments including receiving, unpacking, stocking, and inventory management
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required – we train motivated candidates
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customer demographics
- Strong attention to detail in cash handling, inventory management, and visual presentation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with schedule availability adjustments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems, mobile devices)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
