Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using provided POS systems and scanners
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining checkout efficiency
- Operate provided inventory management tools and price checkers
- Assist with store operations using supplied equipment (stocking, cleaning)
- Process returns/exchanges following company protocols
- Uphold security standards for provided cash handling equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with retail POS systems (training provided)
- Strong math accuracy and cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided anti-fatigue mats
- Basic computer literacy (training on provided systems included)
- Reliable transportation to San Jose location
- Flexible availability including weekends (equipment provided for all shifts)
