Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly engagement
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store presentation
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process returns/exchanges
- Support inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
- Uphold store security and loss prevention standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Availability for weekday evening shifts (4 PM - 9 PM)
- Reliable transportation to Beale Street location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years of age
