Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using company-provided POS equipment
- Operate barcode scanners, cash registers, and inventory management tools
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and issue resolution
- Maintain organized checkout stations and restock supplies as needed
- Balance daily transactions and report discrepancies to management
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Train on and utilize all provided technology efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided ergonomic support
- Strong communication skills with diverse customer populations
