Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments
- Provide exceptional customer service, answer product inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Operate scanning equipment, process returns/exchanges per company policy
- Uphold security protocols for cash handling and sensitive customer data
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier or retail experience preferred
- Basic math proficiency and ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
