- Keep the checkout area organized, clean, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills and the ability to handle cash with precision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
