Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering product inquiries with confidence and accuracy.
- Point of Sale Operations: Expertly operate cash registers, scanners, and payment processing systems to ensure seamless transactions.
- Transaction Accuracy: Handle cash, checks, and digital payments while balancing the cash drawer at the end of every shift.
- Store Maintenance: Assist in organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and maintaining a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with store management and team members to coordinate daily operations efficiently.
