Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service through friendly interactions and problem-solving
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments while maintaining cash drawer accuracy
- Stock shelves and maintain organized checkout areas for optimal customer experience
- Assist with inventory counts and price verification tasks
- Support store operations by bagging purchases and helping customers locate items
- Adhere to all company policies and security procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/financial transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Reliable with flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proficient with basic technology (POS systems, mobile devices)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
