Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to company security policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and keeping the sales floor presentable.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail is preferred but not always required.
- Strong math skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
