- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring all balances are correct and reconciled.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area at all times.
- Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise during downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
