Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with 100% accuracy and integrity.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies professionally.
- Assist with restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and minor customer service issues with patience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required (we train).
- Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available for weekend and holiday shifts.
