Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, debit, and digital payments with strict accuracy.
- Bag merchandise efficiently and ensure the checkout area remains clean and organized.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Restock shelves and maintain inventory displays to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong basic math skills are essential for cash handling.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
