Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the early morning hours (4 AM - 10 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to company standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain efficient workflow
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to management
- Uphold safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail in product placement and organization
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
