Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with strict adherence to company security policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area and store environment.
- Assist with bagging items, answering questions, and resolving customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Uphold all company policies regarding loss prevention and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
