Responsibilities
- Greet all customers with a warm and welcoming smile upon entry.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling payments efficiently.
- Answer customer questions regarding products, prices, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy checkout area at all times.
- Bag items carefully and assist with carrying them to customers' vehicles when needed.
- Adhere to all cash handling policies and loss prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
