Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using provided POS equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with a welcoming attitude
- Operate cash register, scanner, and other provided retail equipment
- Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments securely
- Maintain clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with inventory restocking and store merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to operate provided retail equipment with training
