Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using our provided POS system and scanner
- Provide outstanding customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Operate cash registers, handle cash/credit card transactions, and maintain cash drawer
- Stock shelves and maintain organized checkout areas using company-provided equipment
- Assist with inventory management using barcode scanners
- Resolve customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods (we provide supportive footwear)
- Reliable transportation to our St. Petersburg location
