- Process cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately using company-provided POS terminals
- Scan and bag merchandise while maintaining organized checkout stations
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily sales reports
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards at checkout areas
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and cash handling experience preferred
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (training provided)
