Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and store displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle returns/exchanges according to company policies
- Operate cash registers, scanners, and payment processing equipment
- Support team members during peak business hours
Qualifications
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Strong math and cash-handling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
