- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with proper cash management protocols
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and restock merchandise as needed
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Participate in inventory counts and store operations support
Qualifications
