Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.

- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
