Responsibilities
- Greets all customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude as they enter the store.
- Operates the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Handles cash, credit, and debit transactions with strict attention to accuracy and security.
- Answers customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe checkout area and sales floor.
- Assists with inventory organization and restocking shelves as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on feet during shifts.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Willingness to participate in our paid training program.
