Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments using company-provided POS equipment
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service at checkout and throughout the store
- Operate scanning equipment and price checkers (all provided by employer)
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balancing and transaction records
- Assist with inventory management using handheld scanners
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and merchandise presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for cash handling accuracy
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems (training provided)
