Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and problem-solving
- Operate cash registers and maintain balanced cash drawers
- Bag merchandise and assist with carryout services
- Scan and price items while ensuring stockroom accuracy
- Adhere to all security protocols and loss prevention standards
- Participate in store cleanliness and merchandising activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
