Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Deliver friendly, efficient service to 50+ customers daily
- Manage inventory reconciliation and cash drawer maintenance
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and patience
- Uphold store security protocols and loss prevention standards
- Collaborate with floor associates to maintain organized checkout areas
- Participate in monthly training for product knowledge and service upgrades
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cashier or retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems (Square, Shopify, etc.)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
