Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge and problem resolution
- Maintain organized checkout areas and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation duties
- Support store operations through price checks and bagging assistance
- Adhere to all security protocols and loss prevention standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cashier experience preferred
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
