Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café setting
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all stations
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of café supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Upsell products and promote café loyalty programs
