Responsibilities
- Master espresso preparation and specialty coffee brewing techniques
- Create visually stunning latte art and seasonal beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all coffee stations
- Handle POS transactions and cash management
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and special events
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
