Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks using precise techniques and premium ingredients
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in monthly training on new products and brewing methods
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience required
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (training provided if needed)
