Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty coffee beverages
- Deliver outstanding customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations and seating areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Share coffee knowledge and educate customers on our artisanal products
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in food/beverage service preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification a plus
