Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso beverages per company standards
- Engage customers with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and sanitized equipment
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking tasks
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Food safety certification (ServSafe) a plus
- Reliable transportation to our Sacramento location
