Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and equipment
- Provide personalized customer recommendations and educate guests on coffee origins
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards in all workstations
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies

Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
