Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, pour-overs)
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, engaging demeanor
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment (grinders, brewers, POS systems)
- Upsell premium products and seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and products
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Flexibility with evening/weekend availability
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
