Responsibilities
- Brew and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks to customers with precision and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving complaints with a smile.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including the espresso machine and dining space.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process orders and handle transactions.
- Learn and adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
- Upsell products and suggest new items to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required (we train!).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- A valid Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one.
