Responsibilities
- Expertly craft specialty coffee drinks (espressos, lattes, pour-overs) following brand standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain sparkling cleanliness across all stations and equipment
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth peak-hour operations
- Contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere for guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or customer service experience
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain
