Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing techniques and customer service
- Manage inventory and ensure café cleanliness meets premium standards
- Develop seasonal drink menus and source local ingredients
- Handle POS transactions and resolve customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management to optimize daily operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional barista experience
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in high-volume environments
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic inventory management experience
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
