Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation and customer areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in food service or customer-facing role
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment operation
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
