Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks per company standards
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures
- Contribute to inventory management and restock supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista experience required
- Extensive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience
