Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages while maintaining quality standards
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service and product knowledge
- Manage remote inventory ordering and scheduling via digital platforms
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year coffee service or customer experience role
- Proficiency with POS systems and remote collaboration tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
