Responsibilities
- Brew Excellence: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, cold brews, and pastries with precision and speed.
- Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations with a friendly smile.
- Sanitation: Maintain a pristine work environment, including deep cleaning of espresso machines, grinders, and dining areas.
- Operations: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and syrups, and restock shelves as needed.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the floor staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance.
- A valid food handler's permit (where applicable).
