Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages (espresso, pour-overs, cold brew) using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining cash accuracy
- Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all service areas
- Collaborate with team to create seasonal drink innovations
- Manage inventory and restock supplies proactively
- Train new hires on coffee techniques and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expertise in espresso machine operation and milk steaming
- Knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred
- Portfolio of latte art or coffee photography required
