Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal specials
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with regular patrons
- Maintain clean workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere during busy shifts
