Responsibilities
- Brewing and serving high-quality espresso and coffee beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Maintaining a pristine environment, including the front counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Greeting customers warmly and providing exceptional service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and processing payments efficiently.
- Preparing and serving food items and pastries with strict adherence to health codes.
- Restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Cleaning equipment and espresso machines daily to ensure longevity and safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed by the business.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn new brewing techniques.
