Responsibilities
- Expertly craft specialty coffee beverages using espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine workspace by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols
- Operate POS systems accurately while processing cash/transactions
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Source and showcase local artisanal pastries and merchandise
- Contribute to inventory management and supply ordering
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional coffee service experience preferred
- Proficiency with espresso machines and brewing techniques
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain
